• Baked salmon with vegetables

    Salmon800 gramsVegetables1 packageMushrooms300 gramsBulb onions1 piece150 gramsMayonnaise200 grams5 gramsPepper5 gramsRefined vegetable oil2 tbsp.

    Salmon marinated with salt, pepper, garlic (you can use different seasonings for fish) and mayonnaise for half an hour. Mushrooms are fried with onions.

    On a pan greased with sunflower oil, lay out pieces of salmon. Add vegetables and bake in the oven at 180 degrees.

    When the salmon is almost ready, sprinkle with grated cheese and mushrooms on top.
