• How to make a cake "Sweetheart"

    One of the most delicious and easy to prepare is "Sweet tooth". Its creamy chocolate taste and delicate texture will appeal to everyone, from small to old. It is better to cook the cake in the evening, since it takes at least 12 hours for the layers to be soaked with sour cream.


    For the test:
    - biscuits, 300 grams;
    - eggs, 4 pieces;
    - flour, 500 grams;
    - sugar, 100 grams;
    - cocoa, 1 tbsp. a spoon;
    - sour cream, 1 tbsp. a spoon;
    - baking powder for dough, 10 grams.
    For cream:
    - butter, 200 grams;
    - semolina, 2 tbsp. spoons;
    - sugar, 120 grams;
    - milk, 200 ml;
    - sour cream, 3 tbsp. spoons
    For decoration:
    - nuts to taste (walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, almonds), 100 grams;
    - chocolate, 200 grams


    Chop the cookies into crumb.For the "Sweet tooth" cake, it is better to choose shortbread cookies or from baked milk.
    Stir the biscuits with the sugar and cocoa. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites first to white, and then gradually add the yolks. To the eggs, add sour cream and baking powder for the dough, mix thoroughly.
    Mix the resulting egg mixture with chopped cookies. Then gradually enter the flour here, kneading the dough. Depending on the biscuits and the quality of the flour, it may require more or less. The result should be an elastic dough, the consistency similar to clay. The resulting dough for cake "Sweet tooth" in the refrigerator.
    Boil the semolina with the addition of milk, cool it. Soften the butter with a microwave and whip it with sour cream and sugar. Gradually add porridge to this mixture, continuing to beat. The cream is ready.
    Sprinkle flour on the table, take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out into several, identical in diameter, cakes 5 cm thick.Remember how wide the cakes will be, in size, and the cake will come out.
    Each cake bake in the oven at 200 ° C, about 5-10 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a thin wooden skewer or a toothpick. If it stays dry, then the cake is ready.
    Cool the cakes, grease with cream and put a stack over each other. Ready cake, close the top with deep dishes to fit it completely there. Leave the sweet pastry all night on the table.In the morning, melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave, carefully smear the “Sweet tooth” cake. Decorate with whole or chopped nuts.
