The resulting juice must be reduced by half. When it boils, you should put the spices in it, which are best pre-put in a gauze bag. Before the end of the process, add salt, vinegar and sugar. After the homemade ketchup is ready, you need to pull out the spices and pour the ketchup into bottles that you need to sterilize.
