Porterhouse Steak with Grilled Salad
- Steak:In a pie plate or deep dish, mix chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and garlic. Trim all fat from steak; add steak to chili-sauce mixture to coat.
- Place steak on grill over medium heat and brush with half the chili-sauce mixture remaining in baking dish. Cook steak 20 to 30 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning steak occasionally and brushing with chili-sauce mixture remaining in dish halfway through grilling. Serve with Grilled Salad if you like.

Grilled Salad:About 15 minutes before serving, cut radicchio into 6 wedges. Cut each endive lengthwise in half. In small bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, and salt. Place radicchio and endive on grill over medium heat; brush with olive-oil mixture. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, turning them occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
