Tell me how to choose a simulator?
I want to lose weight by spring, but over the winter I gained extra kilos. Go to the gym, no time. Tell me which simulator to buy, so that the calories would be actively burned?

I, as a trainer, still recommend finding time for the gym. At home, you can not do so fully as in the gym. Well, if it really doesn’t work out at all, buy a treadmill, this is a great cardio load that will help you lose weight.

I bought a treadmill for my wife, I’ve been training on it for the second month already, I have noticeably lost weight. She also, of course, combines workout with a diet. The main thing is to have a desire, and then everything will turn out. Good luck.

I'm over the winter, as you noticeably recovered, now I'm trying to lose weight. Now just choose a simulator. At first I thought to buy a treadmill, and then I found a Housefit exercise bike. True, still not decided whether to buy or not.Look, maybe this will suit you.

Treadmill or exercise bike, fits and orbitrek (elliptical trainer - simulates walking on skis). Although, frankly, I do not understand why such home-use simulators are generally needed - and it would not be easier to run or ride a bike in the morning.
