Paradoxically, phytoncides are much more effective in protecting humans and animals from infections than are plants.The list of plants whose phytoncides are useful for a person can be continued for a very long time: these are sage, mint, sweet clover, wormwood, thistle, horsetail, dagil, yarrow and many others.
    For many years, preparations containing garlic, onion, St. John's wort, juniper, bird cherry, thuja, and many other plants have been actively used in both traditional and traditional medicine. They successfully fight with Trichomonas colpitis, heal purulent wounds, abscesses and trophic ulcers. The use of phytoncides orally is recommended for such diseases as atony of the intestines, flatulence, catarrh of the intestines, hypertension, bronchial and cardiac asthma, putrefactive bronchitis and many others.
